Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Simply Pierced Co. does not control shipping costs; they are set by shipping carriers and, when applicable, the policies and regulations of each country.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary. Simply Pierced Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Simply Pierced Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
